I’m still so impressed that I’ve actually been COOKING my food; I”ve started to take pictures of it!! Hahahaha! I’ve been taking a snapshot of the “Happy Plate” I make after I cook a HEALTHY meal. And then my mind started plotting again when I said the words “HAPPY PLATE”. I thought about it how it could look so different for so many people. Although looking at a healthy (and tasty) meal that I prepared does make me smile and think Happy Plate…so does a plate full of french fries and fried chicken wings!! 
So of course, now I want to know what YOUR Happy Plate looks like! You all have been writing me about some really great dinners and snacks that you’ve been enjoying and sometimes indulging in. No one’s judging you here so I want to see ALL the pics!! Remember: It’s a process. The road to looking Good Naked…Not Nasty, is not an easy one.
