Finally!! Over the past month I had definitely hit a plateau. 4 weeks straight, the scale did not move…up or down!!! I was still getting in my workouts and eating right (most of the time) but every Saturday the scale did NOT move. I know they say you’re not supposed to weigh yourself that often but I weigh myself EVERY Saturday. The only time I don’t weigh is if I’m not at home or Mother Nature is visiting for the weekend. I find that weighing myself every week pushes me a little more. If the number goes UP I know I need to work harder or adjust some things in my diet. That’s where all of you come in. Your comments telling me to focus and keep going really do make me think twice about putting off a workout and I really do incorporate alot of your workout/eating suggestions! And, if the number goes DOWN, I know I’m on the right track and that much closer to looking Good NAKED…NOT NASTY and ultimately; The PHOTO SHOOT!
TWO POUNDS!!! WoooooHooooo!!! I was getting really frustrated and this was just the boost I needed. And, yesterday I started Joe’s Meal Plan so I’m expecting great things next week, too!
How are you guys doing on your personal journey to looking & feeling fabulous? I hope you’re still finding a way to take care of yourself while taking care of others and you’re having more good days than bad. That’s what it’s really about. When you feel good INSIDE & OUT the image staring back at you in the mirror will ALWAYS look Good NAKED…NOT NASTY!!
